Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to one-time candidate plan purchases and career-readiness services on Reszu.

One-Time Payments

Reszu paid plans are currently intended as one-time purchases. Auto-renewal or subscription debit is not enabled unless explicitly shown at checkout in the future.

Refund Eligibility

  • Duplicate payments for the same plan may be refunded after verification.
  • Failed payment debits that are not credited to the user account will be handled through payment-provider reconciliation.
  • If a paid feature is not activated due to a technical issue and cannot be resolved in a reasonable time, a refund may be considered.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refunds are generally not provided after paid features have been used, such as PDF export, bulk apply, mock interview scheduling, or profile feedback.
  • Refunds are not provided because a candidate did not get selected, did not receive recruiter responses, or did not get a job.
  • Accounts suspended for misuse, false information, spam, or policy violations may not be eligible for refund.

Mock Interview Calls

Plus and Pro plans may include a mock interview preparation call. If the candidate misses a scheduled call, rescheduling is subject to availability. Refunds are not guaranteed for missed calls.

Coming Soon Features

Learning resources and employability certification are marked coming soon. Certification pricing is separate and not included in the current plan price. Pro candidates may receive a discount when certification launches.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible. Bank or payment-provider timelines may vary.
