Service Overview

Reszu provides resume/profile creation, curated job discovery, application tools, and career-readiness support. Paid services may include PDF resume export, higher application limits, bulk apply tools, mock interview preparation calls, and profile feedback depending on the selected plan.

Definitions

Candidate means a user who creates a profile or resume, publishes a career profile, applies to jobs or leads, uses paid candidate features, or requests career-readiness support.
Recruiter means a user or organization representative who searches profiles, posts jobs, claims job leads, saves candidates, or requests candidate contact access for genuine hiring or recruitment purposes.
Public Profile means a published Reszu profile available through a public URL. Public profiles are intended to show professional and career information, not private contact details.
Resume or PDF Export means a resume-style export intended for sharing with employers or recruiters. It may include contact details selected by the candidate.
Curated Job Lead means a job opportunity collected from trusted public sources, company career pages, or manually reviewed sources. It is a lead, not a guaranteed open vacancy or direct employer posting on Reszu.
Reszu Exclusive Job means a job posted directly inside Reszu by an approved recruiter or employer-side user.
Apply Through Reszu means a candidate-selected action that records interest or application details inside Reszu. Reszu may show or share the candidate's public profile or application summary with relevant recruiters, companies, or sources where appropriate. It does not always mean submission into an employer's official applicant tracking system unless clearly stated.
Bulk Apply means a candidate-selected multi-apply tool subject to plan limits. Reszu does not automatically apply to all jobs without candidate selection.
Support Call Within 48 Hours means a support or guidance call, or a scheduling response, targeted within 48 hours. It is not necessarily the actual mock interview session.
Mock Interview means a career-preparation session scheduled separately after request and coordination. Timing depends on candidate availability and operational capacity.
Human Review means human feedback on profile, resume, or interview readiness. It is advisory support and does not guarantee interviews, shortlistings, recruiter responses, or jobs.
AI-Assisted Review means AI-generated or AI-supported improvement suggestions. The candidate remains responsible for the final profile content and its accuracy.
Grievance or Support Request means a formal request submitted through Reszu's support form for account, payment, privacy, recruiter misuse, moderation, paid-plan, mock-call, or service issues.

No Job Guarantee

Reszu does not guarantee job placement, interview selection, recruiter response, salary outcome, or hiring result. Job leads may come from recruiter posts, trusted public career sources, or manually reviewed sources.

Job Leads and Applications

Curated Job Leads are provided for job discovery and convenience. Reszu does not guarantee that every lead is still open, complete, accurate, or suitable for a candidate.
Candidates should review the full job details, employer requirements, location, salary, eligibility, and external source terms before applying or sharing information.
Employer and recruiter decisions are made by the relevant employer, recruiter, consultancy, or hiring party, not by Reszu.
Reszu may remove, archive, reject, or mark Job Leads as stale if they appear closed, unsafe, inaccurate, duplicated, abusive, or unsuitable for the service.

Candidate Responsibilities

Provide accurate profile, resume, education, work, skill, and contact information.
Apply only to roles that are reasonably relevant to your background and interest.
Do not upload false, misleading, unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate content.
Keep login credentials secure and notify support if you suspect misuse.

Recruiter Responsibilities

Use candidate profiles only for genuine hiring, recruitment, or placement activity.
Do not scrape, resell, spam, or misuse candidate information.
Request private contact details only for genuine candidate evaluation.
Respect candidate privacy and applicable employment laws.

Paid Plans

Paid candidate plans are annual plans unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout. Auto-renewal or subscription billing is not enabled unless explicitly shown before payment.
Plan benefits are shown on the pricing or checkout page. Limits may apply to applications, bulk apply, PDF export, review requests, calls, or other features.
The Free plan provides basic access to profile creation, public profile publishing, curated job browsing, limited applications, and basic visibility controls. Feature limits may change over time.
The Plus plan is focused on active applications and may include PDF export, higher application limits, Bulk Apply, and support or guidance around mock interview preparation.
The Pro plan is focused on deeper readiness support and may include Plus features, Human Review, AI-Assisted Review, priority preparation support, and later access or discounts where explicitly stated.
Features marked coming soon are not part of the current guaranteed paid service unless they are active at checkout. Certification pricing is separate unless expressly included.
Refunds, cancellations, duplicate payments, failed payment credits, and non-refundable cases are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy in addition to these Terms.

Support Calls, Mock Interviews, and Reviews

A support call or scheduling response targeted within 48 hours may help candidates understand Reszu features, plan options, mock interview scheduling, profile review requests, or next steps.
A mock interview is a separate preparation session and may be scheduled after the support or scheduling step, based on candidate availability and operational capacity.
Human Review and AI-Assisted Review are advisory services. Candidates are responsible for checking, editing, and approving their final profile, resume, and application content.
Career-readiness support is not a promise of employer response, interview selection, job placement, salary improvement, or hiring outcome.

Account Moderation

Reszu may hide, reject, suspend, or remove profiles, photos, job posts, recruiter accounts, or applications that appear false, unsafe, abusive, spammy, or inconsistent with the service.

Changes to Terms and Features

Reszu may update these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, plans, limits, and features as the service evolves. Minor wording updates, bug fixes, interface changes, added no-cost benefits, increased limits, new templates, new themes, additional job leads, or optional improvements may not require fresh acceptance.

Material changes may require notice or fresh acceptance before continued use. Material changes may include removing or materially reducing a paid feature already purchased, changing refund eligibility for existing paid users, changing how private contact data is shared, adding subscription billing or new paid obligations, or changing user obligations in a meaningful way.

For support, billing, refunds, account issues, privacy requests, recruiter misuse reports, moderation concerns, or service grievances, use the Support page. Support and grievance access is available to free and paid users.
