Billing Email
Reszu will use billing@reszu.com for invoices, receipts, and payment-provider communication when billing is enabled. Use the support form above for user support requests.
Response Time
We aim to respond to support requests within 2 business days. Mock interview preparation calls included in paid plans are targeted within 48 hours, subject to candidate availability and scheduling coordination.
Before Contacting Support
- Check that you are using the same email used during signup and payment.
- For payment issues, include the payment ID, order ID, or screenshot if available.
- For profile issues, include the public profile URL or registered email.
- For recruiter access, include your company or recruiter details.
