Responsibilities: Lead and manage large-scale R2R operations, ensuring timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Oversee core R2R processes including General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Reporting, and Balance Sheet Reconciliations with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Drive operational excellence by ensuring all SLAs, KPIs, and quality metrics are consistently achieved. Partner with transformation and digital teams to implement process improvements, automation, and robotic solutions to enhance efficiency. Ensure effective governance and successful execution of external and internal audits, maintaining strong compliance controls. Foster strong client relationships by delivering consistent service excellence and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
